RAFFLE/GOODIE BAG DONATION – 200 ITEMS NEEDED:
For your donation, your company name will appear on the donation board.
Please upload a JPG on registration or send a jpeg of your company logo by Monday, April 26th to Co-Chairs.
Donations due May 4th.
SILENT AUCTION DONATION (Minimum value: $76):
For your donation, your company will appear on the donation board.
Donations due May 4th
Lunch will be served on the course during play (no post-tournament banquet).
All prizes will be delivered or sent following the event.

Individual Registration: $225 per golfer
Twosome Registration: $650 for two golfers
Foursome Registration: $900 for four golfers

Twosome Registration:As a two golfer sponsor, your donation of $650 includes greens fees for two, two complimentary meals at the golfers' luncheon following the tournament, and the opportunity to win raffle prizes and participate in our silent auction. IN ADDITION, your company name will be included in the PowerPoint presentation, and will be displayed at a designated hole via GPS. Register online with a credit card or indicate you will send a check.
Foursome Registration:As a four golfer sponsor, your donation of $900, includes greens fees for four, four complimentary meals at the golfers' luncheon following the tournament, and the opportunity to win raffle prizes and participate in our silent auction. IN ADDITION, your company name will be included in the PowerPoint presentation, and will also be displayed at a designated hole via GPS, you must provide logo. Register online with a credit card or indicate you will send a check.
